I like going to the amen clinic they really helped  me a lot  the one in Atlanta thankyou Dr.Amen for giving me a chance at a better life

I just started to take sam e along with vitamin B multi-vitamin.  On the box it states that sam e needs to be taken w/o food.  Your video states that you take 800 to 1600/day.  How should you take the sam e?  I started with 200 with my vitamin B and felt better.  I took 600 this AM before breakfast.  
I am noticing that I feel less “achey” already.  Hopefully it’s not in my head.  Emily

3john7100 — That is why we like SAMe so much. It can help with pain.  If you fell better at 600mg, it is ok to stay there.  i don’t think food or no food matters much.

Great that you are feeling it already! Try dividing the SAM-e into two doses, one first thing in morning, and the other in between meals in the afternoon. If you are feeling good at 600-800 mg/day, try dividing that into two doses of 300-400 mg at a time.
