Deep Muscle Relaxation

Just practiced the Deep Muscle Relaxation exercise in the Relaxation Room.  What a difference!  I do feel more at ease and fully relaxed.  I should be doing this much more often!!!

I like the visual of the BIG ant shrinking down to tiny ant- and then it disappears.
