How is the best way to communicate and ask questions? I’ve tried messaging & emailing via the portal with no response, then called the 800 number & was told that sometimes messages via the portal doesn’t work, and told I should email via amen university. I’ve emailed using the amen university email now several times, and still no response. Can someone please acknowledge receipt of any of my correspondence and also let me know how long it takes to get back an answer. Many thanks

Hi there! So sorry that your messaging hasn’t worked! Sometimes there is an interface issue, and our tech team is the best to address those concerns.
