I have found out I would benefit from Neurofeedback. Are there any exercises on mybrainfitlife.com that simulate neurofeedback?

I can’t answer your question about exercises that would simulate neurofeedback, but I can tell you that neurofeedback was a life changer for my husband.  He struggled with depression and panic attacks for years and after all the exercising, failed medicatons and talk therapy from several professionals he finally decided to try neurofeedback.  His current therapist had been recommending it for years!  Such a change!!!  After his first visit with his new practitioner he came home and SMILED a genuine smile.  I was so thankful!  The benefits have continued, and he has been doing the NFB off and on for almost a year now.  Hope this helps you think through the best way to proceed with your healthier life!

Neurofeedback is a method of brain training that can help regulate brain function for better health and more optimal functioning. Following the guidelines here at Brain Fit Life will promote a healthier brain overall, and following the recommendations specific to your brain type will help regulate the areas of your personal brain that need attention–either to be calmed or stimulated.  Follow the recommended brain games for your brain type, and you will be doing just that!  🙂
