Brain Type 8 supplments

Hello 

I have done the brain health assessment before I enroll in brain fit life. 

In the beginning, the recommended supplements were  

1-Brain & body power

2-Neurolink 

Which is what I already ordered !! 

 

But when I enrolled at BFL I found 4 different supplements 

1- Serotonin mood support 

2- Fucus and energy optimize

3-SAMe

4- Probrainbiotics 

 

My questions is : 

should I order those supplements?

are there any differences going to cause me during my process with BFL?

any good tips for brain type 8?

Check out your report for guidance for Brain Type 8 as that would be a lot to reiterate here. Your homepage here will also be a great reference.

Probiotics, Brain & Body Power, and Neurolink are all excellent for brain and body health overall. Neurolink contains many precursors to neurotransmitters or the neurotransmitters themselves for overall mood balancing support (great for when you feel your moods fluctuate a lot).

SAMe and Serotonin Mood Support are each used for supporting positive mood/outlook by supporting serotonin production. If you also suffer with joint pain, SAMe may be a two-for-one supplement for you as it supports both mood and joint health. Focus & Energy is used for those struggling with concentration and mental stamina. What you need depends on your priorities, but I would generally think that the first three (probioitics, BBP, and NL) are great for overall brain health, and the others may be added if you need more specific mood, joint, or focus support.
