Hello, I am healing from a mild/moderate tbi (17 months ago I was injured). I notice when I am tired or stressed I have trouble finding words and or I get irritated easily and have trouble censoring my words. What can I do that can help me with more brain resilience and resource? I am already taking omega 3, vit d, serotonin mood support, daily brain exercises, work out 4-5x per week, sleep 7-9 hrs/ night, daily gratitude 5x / wk. any thoughts? Or it just takes time and training to heal?
