Dr. Amen recently mentioned something about left temporal lobe and anterior cingulate areas of the brain.  What are the recommendations to improve these areas?

See my book Change Your Brain, Change Your Life for a detailed discussion.  We use serotonin boosters to calm the anterior cingulate, and supplements or medicines to boost GABA for the temporal lobes if someone is anxious or irritable. Or something to boost acetylcholine if it involves learning.

Ok, I am not at a place where I can go get a specht scan… I have had a tbi and so to get an idea of what I should supplement with besides the fish oil and I am on a nerve health supplement, is my brain # how I find that out??
