The basics of brain healthy nutrition:
1) Plenty of vegetables at most meals
2) Limit fruits to 2 servings per day of low-sugar varieties
3) Clean, organic, high quality protein at every meal (about the size of your palm)
4) Healthy fats including raw nuts and seeds, unsweetened nut butters, coconut oil, wild fish
5) Plenty of clean, filtered water
6) Avoid or eliminate sugars, processed foods, dairy, and refined grains as much as possible
7) Take a high quality multivitamin including vitamin D, probiotics, and Omega-3
8) Eat regularly for blood sugar control
9) Limit caffeine and alcohol

Use the recipes provided on the “Nourish My Brain” tab for delicious meal ideas!

Thank you
One more question.
I stop using drugs, alcohol and tobacco 2 months ago, I was feeling ok, but now I feel a little anxious, less motivated and I been procrastinating in my work.
I’m taking Vyvanse, Lamotrigina, Vanlafaxina, Eszopiclone, Gaba and restful sleep. I was diagnose with depression, anxiety, ADD and my sleeping is not very good. I start to feel more tired since I started taking Eszopiclone 2 weeks ago. I don’t know if any medication is making me feel bad. Please help!

Thanks

Given this is a complex medical situation, it is hard for me to say. I would recommend you have a phone consultation with one of our doctors.
