Hello,

I have a Google Chromebook and everything works just fine except for the brain games. I click on them but nothing happens.

I am just able to reply because it wouldn’t even let me go to tech support. Today is the first time the website has let me go to tech support. I have a chromebook and use google chrome web browser. I also downloaded the app on my android phone and can’t play the game on it as well. My phone is a LG Google 3.

I have a PC and I’ve been able to access everything including videos but when I click “play now” in games, an empty white box pops on to my screen but no games.
Please Help – I want to play games ! ! !

I’m having the same issues with just an empty white box when I try to play games. I’m on a MacBook Pro and so far only tired on Safari. I’ll try Chrome and I’ll try downloading the app. I somehow missed that there was an app!

Any other ideas?

Downloading the BrainFitLife app resolved most everything for me. If you haven’t done so, I definitely recommend it.
