If this is the Web Nero test, I had the same problem. I checked the posts here and got this from another member. “When I went to “Test My Brain” and scrolled down to Comprehensive Brain Assessment, I was able to download my results.” I did that and got my results. Good luck.

I went to the Comprehensive Brain Assessment, but didn’t get my new results from today (3/12/18)  but the results from the last time I took the test back in November.  Kind of bummed as I spent the last 30 minutes taking the test and no results. 🙁
