Are supplements the key?

i have tried to many times to stick to healthy eating plans (very similar to this) and exercise as well as systems to stay organized and on task. I have not been able to maintain. I purchased all of the recommended supplements based on my test results. Will these help me stay with it this time? Could the supplements be what I needed?

Thanks for writing.  We want to give you a plan you can stay on, and boost your brain for the long run.  The supplements can certainly help, but we want you to put all 7 pillars into your life.  Helping to specifically support your brain may be the missing piece.  Learn from every time you fall.
