i have tried to many times to stick to healthy eating plans (very similar to this) and exercise as well as systems to stay organized and on task. I have not been able to maintain. I purchased all of the recommended supplements based on my test results. Will these help me stay with it this time? Could the supplements be what I needed?

Yes! The right supplements for your brain type can certainly be essential to making some of these habits that you have been trying to keep up with actually “stick”. In addition to knowing what foods are best for you, using the right supplements may be key to keeping your brain functioning at its best! I have personally seen supplements make dramatic differences in cravings and hunger, as well as in motivation to do activities that will make your life more balanced, and enjoyable overall. When our lives are more in balance, we tend to use food and drink more for their nutritional value and energy, instead of for “fun” (although of course nutritious food can be absolutely delicious!). When the chemistry in your brain is functioning at its best, you feel better over all, so, yes! Keep up with supplements!

Thank you- I HAVE noticed in a difference and am getting really good at checking in with BrainFitLife, my home journal and remembering the supplements. I do worry that I will quit eventually and am afraid this may have been just another “imlpuse” buy to rack up my husbands credit card bill, but I really do notice improvement and am hoping I don’t abandon this. I need to remind myself that the supplements and this program are like MEDICINE to me, so it would be really stupid to quit!!!!

Absolutely! What a great way to think of it! Food and supplements are medicine, and it helps to think of all of those purchases as investments as well as preventative steps to avoid possible future medical bills. When we spend money on good quality food and supplements now, we are doing our part to avoid much more costly (financially, and physically/emotionally) health impacts later on!
