What is your opinion regarding apple cider vinegar for probiotics and digestion on the BFL diet?

Raw apple cider vinegar can be a great digestive aid, and I often recommend it to folks to take in the morning to stimulate gastric enzymes and increase absorption of a whole foods diet. I think it’s a great addition!
