The anchor images I try to upload do not load or appear. Do the photos need to be a constricted size? Thank you

Hello,
You may have to attempt to upload the images more than once.
Also, make sure that the images you are trying to upload are .jpeg or .png
They will not process them if they are anything other than those.

typically for me using iphone, and my phone saves photos in other formats i believe. but i have a computer i can try and upload photos from
