I just saw a video by Dr. Rand McClain talking about these enzymes and how increasing them aids in weight loss.3 items were specifically mentioned:Gynostemna,Berberine,Quercetin.The idea is that as we get older,our levels of AMPK reduces,which slows metabolism rate and thus results in weight gain.I have heard of Berberine somewhere before..please comment on these and your opinion about its help for weight loss.
