My first thought is to do the Loving Kindness Meditation for this person, then do the ANT killing technique, along with exercise to boost serotonin.

Have you spoken with them about the incident? It can be a great gift to someone for them to learn how they impact others. Consider writing out what you would like them to know if you haven’t talked to them yet, and keep a peaceful tone so the content of your message is not lost in reactive emotions.
