First GABA was a miracle to calm my overactive mind which helped to eliminate my sadness and depression too. Second, baseline found my Vit D levels at 14.5 way too low. Started taking D3 1000 immediately. Watched all your shows, lessons, books etc. which made me realize if I just lost weight (started at 186 and now 166) so I cleaned out the cabinets in the kitchen and started eating healthy. Real food. Shocked at how much sugar is in food. Gone. Got annual physical and set appointment with psychologist which has taken a month but almost there. My daily walk yesterday, 2 miles, found a sprint in my step and no hard breathing. My dog Coco is happier too. Keep up the good work. I have an idea that might take off for failing golf courses in the nation. If you like it maybe you could bring me on board (I’m unemployed) to help launch a program with your wife Tana. Imagine every golf course in the nation serving your menu and encouraging golf courses to open them also as Neighborhood Community Centers where kids come after school to play, exercise, care for a community garden, learn how to cook, about healthily food. And, it is a non-violent sport. Golf is waning in the country and it need young people and kids to learn the sport to grow it. I am putting a program togehter to present to the Reno, NV area golf courses. Amen to YOU!!!!

Thanks Sally and Brainfitlifer. I am trying to get back into life again after way too many hits — emotionally. So new to the program but I know it is going to be a life saver. Stay in touch and wonder how long you both have been on the program and what great things have happened for you.
@MimiGarner I’ve been using the program for a short time but continue to log on and play the memory & focus games, exercises, meditation and especially the breathing / Relaxation ones. I can’t tell you how that’s helped me tremendously. What games do you utilize?
Still learning the games. Mostly this month I have been reading all the materials which was volumes, went to doctors for tests, started exercising more on my bike and walking my dogs. Learning how to get around the website. Fun though.
@MimiGarner I watch the videos for each game they teach me how to play / very helpful. Have you looked at any of the recipes they are very helpful too. I just purchased a bike to and have a dog that i walk often. Let me know if you need any help navigating around the website I tend to utilize the site a lot.
