I’m not sure what I’m doing. I just like to say thank you for the site I have a hard time reading so some things may sound right. And I am doing much better with the suggestions that I have found on the site just want to say thank you one more time and I look forward to continuing to getting my thoughts organized

Just watching some of the videos, and I was wondering if there are pictures of the brain showing the healthy brain all time as well as the alcohol that we could download to pronounce. I feel it would be a great promotion to help friends and family what is really going on up there and it will help support what we are telling them a picture is worth 1000 words as the saying arrows thank you very much. They have really opened my eyes up

Welcome dmccoy! This entire website and the great suggestions and support are helping we a lot also. I’m doing the Daniel Plan at church and really am amazed at some of the healthy changes I’m making – I’d just about given up on my poor ole brain. I’m making baby steps – but can see results in the healthy choices I’m making overall with regard to my health. Gratitude is something to be shared – so glad you found this place, and terribly glad I did too!
