I was diagnosed with thyroid nodules. my TSH is 0.442. my thyroid hurts from time to time what should I do. I started  Iodine supplements and I exercise at least 3 times a week; I seem to be doing better. Is there anything else I could do?

For what it’s worth, you might be interested in reading Suzy Cohen’s blogs about thyroid issues.  She is a pharmacist who has problems with her own thyroid.  She explains a lot of the science behind this in understandable terms and recommends supplements that have helped her.

Make sure to work with your endocrinologist.  Tana has had thyroid cancer that came back 3 times and having a compassionate endocrinologist has been lifesaving for her.
