How long I have to play a day?

Hey, a quick question for you:)

I have memory issues, and I REALLY want to improve it; I am doing everything else, and I want to know how long should I play a day, so I can start moving forward; I am always 20 min 5 times per week is that enough?

Great question! 20 minutes 5 times per week is a good amount, and can be increased as you are able to do without adding stress, which would counteract the benefit. 🙂

Ideally, in addition to memory games, try using a variety of puzzles and new learning activities that exercise your brain and keep neuronal pathways fit. In addition, other aspects of brain health outlined here are vitally important including adequate restorative sleep, regular physical movement/exercise, stress attendance, social engagement, and an anti-inflammatory, nutrient-rich diet.

Ping pong has really helped me as recommended by Dr. Amen. Check your local parks and recreation center if you don’t have the ability to buy your own table.I am guessing tennis has a similar effect and those courts are usually everywhere.
