I would first encourage you to reach out to his physician if he has one, since s/he may know about any anger related to medical issues. If he doesn’t have a primary physician you might seek out psychiatric services in Kansas that can help to support him. Many physicians and therapists are working via telehealth now, so you may have more options for care than before, even if he lives in a remote area.
