I know regular lunchmeat is bad for the brain, but how about the type that is oven baked? It appears to be clean from the junk in “regular” lunch meat. Thanks!
A good trick for buying “lunchmeat” is to go to the butcher counter and ask them to cut you sliced turkey, chicken, or beef, preferably humanely raised on natural feed. Minimally processed, straight from the bone, and much better tasting!
If you don’t have that option, when buying packaged meat, opt for the smallest list of ingredients, and those that are entirely recognizable without added sugars, preservatives, and fillers.
Best!
