Hi Deb,
Unfortunately, I don’t think there is a way to search other than by the topic-specific tabs such as “Nutrition” or “Ask a Coach”. I’ve ask the tech team about this to see if it can be possible to do in the future.
In terms of hormone testing, it really depends on what you are trying to learn. There are many hormone levels possible to be tested, including estrogen, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, thyroid hormones (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, RT3, TPO antibodies), sex hormone-binding globulin, leptin, adiponectin, FSH/LH for pituitary function, etc.
Depending on what you are interested in learning more about, you might ask for different types of these panels. For example, If you are concerned about thyroid function, ask for a complete thyroid panel, or for an overview of hormones for women, testing for estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, estradiol, and LH/FSH (these are produced in the pituitary gland and regulate many hormones) could be more appropriate. Talk to your doctor about what would be most beneficial for you given current health concerns, or for optimizing health and preventing dysfunction.
Best!
