I read that the covid vaccine crosses the blood brain barrier. What is the reaction of the body when this happens? Is inflammation involved? Thanks!

Thanks for your question. I think this video by the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is helpful in explaining the difference between viruses which can cross the BBB and the vaccine. Best!
