I’ve recently started trying out 16 hour fasting. I’ve done it for a couple of days, and I’ve felt great! I’m more energetic and I’ve noticed an improved mood. Also, I’ve been careful not to overdo it. I started out with 12 hour fasts a couple of times a week, and worked my way up to 16 hours. Furthermore, I’ve been careful to make sure my diet is healthy and my calorie intake is appropriate. Nevertheless, there’s always room for improvement. So I ask: are there any tips, recommendations or warnings concerning fasting that I should know other than taking care of my diet?
