Problems using MyBrainFitLife (on computer)

I tried to play a brain game, it wouldn’t load… There seem to be other issues on MyBrainFItLife that don’t run smoothly. Please, can you tell me when these will be resolved? I am not trying to be difficult, just need to communicate this and find out more. Thank you.

I had the same problem, especially with the game Happy Seeker.  It just wouldn’t load.  I reported it to BrainMD, for their technical support staff.

I signed up today and could only complete the neuro test up to 95% as I couldn’t access all the buttons/part of the button of the screen wasn’t showing, I run Linux, has anyone else had this issue? I am partaking in my brain fit life as I have not totally recovered from a head injury in January so the test is important to me.

I have tried to retake Brain type and i cannot find it under brain assessment. ony webnero is there. Bob

Thanks Bob. I see what you are saying. There is supposed to be a “Retake Assessment” button on that page, but I do not see it. I have reached out to the tech team for support. They should be in touch soon. Best!
