Recent studies on hair greying?

Hello, I am wondering if there are any studied methods to delay hair greying?
I’ve always been interested in caring for my hair and was hoping there are supplements or life style changes (aside from stress management) that can help with that.

Hair graying is commonly genetic, but other contributors include insufficiency in vitamin B-12, or hormonal dysfunction in the pituitary or thyroid gland, which can often be related to nutrient insufficiencies as well. Have a comprehensive laboratory analysis by a functional medicine doctor or integrative physician to check for any sub-optimal levels that indicate a need for preventative intervention.

Best!

L-Tyrosine increases production of melanin, which is what gives hair it’s color. I can notice a reduction in my gray hairs after taking it for a few weeks! It also increases dopamine production.
