There is much to learn about the impact of covid-19 on brain health, but we do know that some people with this virus experience strokes and/or neurological symptoms such as dizziness or headaches. Certainly, supporting your immune and nervous system overall with the core ideas presented on this site are essential: sound whole-foods nutrition void of immune-suppressing sugars/processed foods, regular exercise, restorative sleep, and essential supplements like multivitamin, vitamin D, zinc, and probiotics are all necessary pieces of the puzzle. Stress attendance, social connections, and a sense of purpose also contribute to well-being and help support immune function. Prevention is the best line of defense against viruses, and covid-19 is no different in this way. I expect we will continue to learn more about the specific influences this virus has on the nervous system in the coming months.

Best!
