Newbie – challenges with food

I have a lot of difficulties with food due my allergies I’m very limited in what I can eat. I can only have very low-low salicylates, no preservatives, no spices at all only herbs & the only fruit I can have is pear & bananas so I become very bored very quickly with what I eat. 
I have a lot of inflammatory issues with my body so I’m definitely needing to find ways to over come this. I’m doing the 6 week challenge with Dr Amen & his wife & I’m enjoying it very much, it’s a great way to start as I’ve just learnt recently what Dr Amen does, how are you as other members going with having access to BrainFitLife & being linked in with other services the Dr Amen & his team provides?

We are very glad you’re here and doing the 6-week challenge!

When there are numerous food sensitivities, undergoing a comprehensive gut healing protocol can be immensely helpful and for many people this leads to more and more foods being tolerated over time.
