Are there specific aspects of brainfitforlife you’d recommend focusing on to help release excessive anxiety, OCD and ADD?

For anxiety, I would recommend starting with the meditation audios and relaxation music for, as well as supplementing with GABA Calming and avoiding regular use of stimulants like caffeine and sugar.

For focus, try brain games such as e-focus, and the one-page miracle exercise (under motivate my mind) which can help support a positive mindset, emphasizing what motivates you and inspires you to treat yourself well. Additionally, thought-tamer is a great exercise (under brain games) for breaking negative thought cycles.
