I checked out the Change Your Brain, Change Your Body Cookbook from the library and find that the recipes contain too much detail, as I don’t cook that much.  Are there are recipes you’d recommend that are simpler?

The website and app Mealime,  has many simple recipes and you can set the parameters to be a ‘paleo’ or ‘low carb’, which align most closely with our brain-healthy recipes. The focus is on vegetables, high quality organic lean proteins, and healthy fats, avoiding gluten, most dairy, and sugar whenever possible. Here’s to healthy cooking! -Zoe
