Can too much B12 make you wake up in the middle of the night?I unwittingly had my Brain/Body Power,the Seritonin support you sell and another B12 the same day.I hadn’t noticed the Seratonin had B12 in it and wonder if that is why I may have woken up and couldn’t sleep.All is ok now..but would like to know..thanks!

The B-12 can be energizing for some people, so if you notice this in yourself, take it earlier in the day in divided doses, preferably just before breakfast and lunch. Best!
