Yes! MCT oil has many benefits, particularly for cognition, weight management, and energy, among many others. I suggest you start out using 1 TB per day as some people may experience digestive discomfort initially so start slowly. I use it in my coffee and as salad dressing oil, but you can also add it to smoothies or in cooking. Enjoy! -Coach Zoe
…late reply to this January 2019 topic, but for others to read: After a sports-body composition test through sport and dietitian coaches, it was suggested to increase my level of fat intake. My naturopathic doctor suggested to use MCT and Ghee together. (One brand I use comes in a brown glass bottle and is suggested to use it in your morning coffee instead of cream). I use it in coffee, smoothie and after cooking on food.
