That’s really challenging, Jennifer. Congrats on all you are doing to support your health. Is it possible to get your husband to agree to not smoking in the house as a starting point? In the meantime, having a high quality air filter, and spending as much time out of doors as possible, and perhaps adding in regular sauna use (for detoxification) would at least offer some relief from exposure, in addition to all your doing with nutrition, exercise, and supplements. Would your husband be open to shifting his habits to benefit your health?
