I looked up my blood work. My blood glucose HgA1c was on my result chart entered in unit mmol/l.
If that’s the case with your number than 5.4 mmol/l will translate into 97mg/dl.

Homocysteine may not have been tested in your bloodwork.
In my result chart there are some numbers missing as well, noted as no longer provided by health care provider (like T3,T4, testosterone).
