I’ve been having this problem since 12 years ago. It comes and goes, I’ve tried lots of things, guided meditation, reading, breathing, etc… but the exact moment I’m about to get asleep something turns on my anxiety and I’m not able to rest. Unfortunately I am taking benzodiazepines to help me with this, even though I don’t like it and I know is not the best option. But without them my nights are a nightmare.

Thanks for reaching out, SusyS. Insomnia and anxiety can be caused by many different things, but a comprehensive hormone panel may illuminate some of the biochemical aspects of this for you. If you haven’t done that, I would encourage you to ask your doctor to do some labs for you. Additionally, the Restful Sleep supplement may help you to fall asleep more easily and without anxiety levels as an obstacle. – Coach Zoe

Here’s a link to it: https://www.brainmdhealth.com/restful-sleep

For future reference, supplements can be found under the “Nourish My Brain” tab. Best!  🙂
