6 weeks in with only one issue to resolve.

I have had great success with this plan.  I am doing well with the food, water & supplements but have yet to
incorporate exercise.  I feel fantastic & plan to make this a life change.  My one issue is that I have pain on the sides of my neck.  Any insight?

Neck pain can be from many different things such as sleep position, posture during daily activities, or stress/tension. Evaluate how you are moving throughout the day, and make adjustments where necessary for better ergonomic design.

Stretching can be a powerful tool for relieving both physical and emotional tension, so that may be a way to get started with an exercise regimen. In addition, you might try walking small amounts every day to begin to feel the benefits of movement, which will naturally increase your desire to do more. Even starting with 5 minutes has benefits! – Coach Zoe
