Supplements for stress relief

I am planning to buy serotonin mood support, everyday stress relief and probrainbiotics. After reading the facts of the last two supplements, they both promote calm. Do they complement each other? I guess I am a little worried about taking two supplements that would make me too calm.  I don’t feel stress all of the time. Could the  everyday stress relief be taken as needed? Thanks.

Every Day Stress Relief can be taken briefly during times of excessive stress, or if you have high chronic stress it can be taken more regularly. The serotonin supplement dosis is 4 capsules per day. Can I take all 4 before breakfast or do I need to take one before each meal? I watched the video and it doesn’t address this

Serotonin Mood Support is best to take in two divided doses so you might take it with breakfast and again with lunch. 😄

I take the everyday stress relief on an as need basis and it works very well for me.
