I listened to the peak performance hip gnosis yesterday. I tried my best not to fall asleep but I don’t remember the last 7 to 8 minutes. Should I be working harder to not lose consciousness during hypnosis or is it OK to fall sleep?
Falling asleep during hypnosis audios can be good information about how we are taking care of ourselves overall. Are you getting enough sleep? Adequate hydration and nutrition? Regular exercise? It may be that you are starved for rest, so when you slow down, your body grabs the opportunity to sleep! If all of these health areas are in place, you might try stretching or other movement before your session to awaken your body a bit, or experiment with different times of day that you may be more able to stay conscious. Other hypnosis audios I’ve listened to say it’s ok to fall asleep because you still hear the instructions subconsciously. Is this right?
