Have you found this technique to be beneficial? It’s also called Tapping. Could it help with anxiety or nervousness?

I know several folks who have found great benefit from “tapping” for anxiety and stress management, but I do not know much about the research behind it other than it is based on the energy meridians used in acupuncture. If you are dealing with issues of trauma or panic, I would encourage you to work with a professional in psychology who can help you walk through the EFT technique to support your emotional health in the process.
