Hi there,
I am so excited to start the program.  What is a good list of higher complex carbohydrate, based on my brain test results, I need to focus on less protein and higher complex carbs.

Glad you are here! Complex carbohydrates are loaded with fiber and vitamins, and include low sugar fruits (avoid dried fruits and juices), vegetables of all sorts including broccoli, asparagus, kale, chard, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, artichokes, carrots, celery, cucumber, etc. (raw or lightly cooked is best), quinoa, sweet potatoes, legumes, sprouted grains, and beans. You can find various recipes on this site that use these complex carbs in delicious new ways! Enjoy! -Coach Zoe
