Alergic to coconut what are replacements for recipes

I have the Brain warrior’s Way and the Brain Warrior’s Way Cook Book.  Many of the recipes have coconut in some form.  I am allergic to pineapple, coconut, and peanuts.  In each case I get massive stomach cramps until I flush it from my system.  What would you suggest I do for replacements of coconut butter, coconut milk, coconut wraps, and pineapple?

Thanks for the question! You can use other types of healthy oils in place of coconut such as macadamia nut oil, avocado oil, and organic ghee, while unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk can be used in lieu of coconut milk. Best to you! -Coach Zoe
