What are the best foods and supplements for better focus?

In addition to getting good sleep, regular exercise, and managing stress, follow a whole foods protocol as outlined here, avoiding sugars, gluten, and dairy as much as possible. Be sure to have plenty of healthy fats (nuts/seeds/coconut oil, avocado, fish, etc.) as well as protein regularly throughout the day, and adequate water. Our Focus and Energy and  L-tyrosine are excellent supports for focus. Look at your personalized brain report for supplements best for your brain type. Best to you!

I don’t know if I can answer her but lately I had a lot of focus problem which I now understand….I have mold in my appartment…So, I will say get your air clean…air purifier
