Hi, Tech Support! Sometimes (last night, for example) I cannot get into the Forum. Every time I click on it, it bounces me back to the Dashboard. This happens with both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Sometimes, I’ve been blocked for days. Can you give me any insight? Where should I go for help when I can’t get into the Forum to send you a message, as I am doing now?

That happened to me last year, and tech finally issued me a new username, which is a fake email address. I have been using that to enter the entire site. They tried multiple times to fix the problem with my normal username and this was the best remedy. I hope they are able to fix your problem easily and swiftly!
