Anxiety is insidious

Anxiety seems insidious to me. Sometimes at work I don’t even realize I’m having ANT’s and my anxiety is increasing until my breathing is faster and my heart is racing. My frustration, stress, and/or anger becomes apparent to me then. How can I notice my ANT’s earlier in the process to prevent this from happening?

Start with playing My Calm Beat and set the breathing rate to 5.5 or 6.0.  Listen to the Hypnosis for Anxiety audio and brain relaxing music.
