C-reactive protein is high when inflammation in the body is high. The nutrition protocol outlined here is an incredibly important way to decrease inflammation, specifically avoiding sugar, refined/processed foods, artificial sweeteners, additives/preservatives, and poor quality foods. Additionally, drinking adequate clean water, getting regular exercise, good sleep, and having a good stress management routine (fun, social interaction, feeling productive/creative, and relaxing) also impact our inflammatory response. Here’s to health and balance, for which we are all always seeking! 🙂 -Coach Zoe
