Is GABA and gabapenton the same medicine? Currently, I am decreasing xanax and I am taking Neurontin for RLS and Idioppthic neuropathy. Can I take Gaba and Neurontin together? Many thanks,

They are separate. GABA is a natural supplement. Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant. Yes, you can usually take them together.
You are a blessing to me. I appreciate your efforts, BFL, and I would like to work in some capacity for your organization. Many thanks. I advertise by sharing the web site, but, a lot of folks think this is just a hokey way of coping. I disagree and they are missiing out on the entire picture. God bless you for your sharing. I am ordering the GABA now.

Are the components that are a part of this program different from a face to face appointment at a clinic?

I sense the Gaba is helping my anxiety, however, I am taking .25mg of xanax x 2 daily, when can it be safe to wean off the xanax and take Gaba full time? I take 2 Gaba in the AM and PM. Four pills total.
