I listened to last nights class and I was so excited and wanted to cry. My doctor will take care of all my thyroid tests in 3 months. He’s waiting because I just recently increased it. I’m taking my brain and body power that you suggested that also has NAC for thyroid . Well I have been on a very lose dose of medication this last year compared to the last maybe 20  years. I’ve never felt quite right on the lower dose having much anxiety constantly losing things and just not feeling quite right. Well I’m getting slot better. I’m feeling great. I would try to stay on my thyroid medication but would want to jump out of my clothes when taking it. I recently had s dream interpretation class and my counselor interpretated my dream you were both in. She concluded you were both my heroes. Well you are. I have. At least 6 of Dr Amen’s books, many videos , warn out hypnosis CDs  and watched almost every PB S show. Now I have the Omni diet book. Dr Amen is fsntastic, fantastic, but the missing link that brings it all together is Tana  Amen you are both so courageous and wonderful wonderful parents!!
