I started taking Neurolink yesterday. I had just 1 pill after lunch and had a bad headache and felt very strange for 3-4 hours. Its the best that I can explain it. The feeling was very unnatural. I think it maybe L-Tyrosine that caused this?
For Brain Type 8, my recommendations are Focus and Energy, Serotonin Mood Support and SAM-e.
Since I get very anxious and jittery and am very sensitive to supplements:
-How should I consume these? Any specific sequence? Or should I just start off with Focus and Energy first and then add the other two after sometime?
-Or should I just start with Brain and body Power Max, see how I react to it and then add the above supplements later on?
I am confused….
PS: Since I have a sensitive stomach, I take supplements after a meal and not on an empty stomach.
