Memory

I have always had an exceptional memory and compared to most people I still do.  But in recent years, I have noticed it is not what it used to be.   I have a harder time remembering names and events.  Sometimes in the middle of a sentence, I cannot come up with a word.   I just can’t quite pull it out.    It’s not all the time but I notice it.   I have regular check-ups and my doctor says everything looks fine and chalks it up to aging. (I am now 58 and very fit)    I’m okay with that but wonder if I am doing everything I can to preserve / enhance my brain function.    Should I consider gingko biloba?   would that help?    I actively work my brain daily:  Sudokus, daily;  working on learning new languages constantly; crossword puzzles, etc. Are there other things I can do to improve my memory again?

You might consider Brain Power Max, which is great for cognition and memory, and includes gingko biloba along with many other brain optimizing nutrients.
